Selene walked through the shadows watching the mortals walk by. the night was dark , dull and dreary and a small fog had risen in the streets. She lifted her head and watched as a young girl walked past her eyes glinting with malicious intent. The prey had been chosen.
Selene jumped up on the roof and followed the girl and jumping back down ready to pull her into the next alleyway she would come up to. The girl started walking faster pulling her coat covering her better from the chill and looking back every now and then getting the feeling of being followed. Selene smiled and grabbed the girl putting her hand over her mouth and covering her scream while she pulled her into the shadows. She looked her over examining her prey before attacking. The woman was small, yet tough, and she struggled to Selene's tight grasp trying to get free. Selene held her firmly but not too hard so's to break the womans petite body frame.
"Hush now child, this wont hurt... for long" She pushed the womans wavy blonde locks to the side silencing her sobs and bit into her neck slowly savouring her sweet blood as it ran from the wound.
The woman soon grew tired and weary and felt limp in her arms, and Selene let go. She gently put the woman to the ground and made a cute in the womans neck where she had drank then made two cuts on the womans wrists making it look like suicide. She sighed then picked up the body and hid it in a dark corner, picked up her jacket and walked away, wiping at her mouth where a few drops of blood had remained.
This was and always would be her fate, living immortality but being a killer.

There was a swaying movement in the night as the sister of a killer entered the gloomy alley and a light breeze caressed Selene's face.
"Not very credible, people will wonder were all the blow went... "the hissing whisper echoed in the night.
A shape formed in the darnes as a tall,slender, terrifyingly beautiful woman walked under the faint light of a distant streetlight, the sound of fast driving cars could be heard as they were pretty close to the highway. A tiny drop of water fell onto the pale vampires lid, it was starting to rain. She wiped the water away and took a few steps toward her sister.
"...I've heard that when humans are hurt their blood flows, spreading everywhere, soaking into fabric and whatnot, covering the surrounding with a dreadful red, bugs and alley cats come to feed from it..."her voice was still a faint whisper.
She gazed over the other vampire's shoulder and eyed the body for a few instants
"As clear as it can be "she said softly, and there was now a mocking tone to her words. She paused for a second, then looked back up to Selene
"Have i teaught you nothing"she said in a sarcastically reproachful tone as if taunting a small child for a silly mistake. Her eyes glinted as she watched her sister piercingly and there was a dark shadow in them for an instant before she blinked making it disappear

Selene's face turned and glared at her sister
"What do you want Kyra?"
she spat the name out with immense hatred
"you were never the one to have taught me anything, it was after Damian's death that i knew what had happened to you. he ran to you and we both killed him. Can you not remember? or has the many years cleared that tiny brain of yours?"
She looked at her sister matching her eyes with her red ones as the rain started to pour moving her hand with a small gesture and throwing the corpse into the trash nearby.
"are you not up to date with things now? Humans, can tell that she was drained then cut, but they will take the simple way out and say it was just a suicide. They do not like to complicate things more than they already are. They are simple creatures but they have advanced through the years."
She growled then turned around heading away from her sister in order to not commence a disastrous inexplicable scene, letting her cloak swish behind her.

Kyra laguhed evily and the creepy laughter echoed in the alley making the humans who heared it feeling as if having just stepped under a cold shower, it felt like the rain, icy.
"..tiny brain of mine'? "she repeated with sarcasm and chuckled maliciously
"You're still a child, arn't you, amused by such jokes. "she followed her sister, she knew it would irritate her immensly and that amused her.
"How come you feed from such unworthy pray now, i thought you preferred to pick your victims in a more selective way, i thought you felt like deserving only the best. Sudden lack of self esteme little sister?" she loved teasong her sister and laughed innnerly as she heared her own malicious voice taking the piss out of Selene

She turned around heading for the mansion jumping on the roof, ignoring her sister bored with her childish ways and her stupid will to always tease.
"Grow up sister, do you never tire of teasing? Join your sun, burn in its wrath, perhaps then you will learn to not take things for granted and that the mortals will hunt you down for being what you are. "
She jumped off and away in the shadows "Farewell sister"

Kyra sighted, how poor her sisters excuses, how hollow her words.
I will hunt ou down for what you are she hissed to her sister as Selene left.
Her sisters insults were of such a low niveau that she felt ashame to receive them. She turned and walked downt h street starting to lookfor apray.
(my muse committed suicide, è da quando u wrote the reply k i'm thinking of what 2 answer withot being able to come up with anything decent. Now they've send me a muse provvisioria fino a qundo arriva quella nuova ma questa come vedi è incapace, vabbe. ba back on sunday cmq, ciaoooo, bacissimi to my cic)
